I remain bullish on
$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ because its latest revenue figures show strong semiconductor demand. With AI infrastructure spending supporting demand for advanced chips, I believe TSMC is well positioned to benefit from this long-term trend.
However, revenue growth alone is not enough. I want to see whether TSMC can maintain healthy margins, manage capital expenditure, and generate sustainable cash flow. The slight month-on-month revenue decline does not concern me much, but I will watch management’s guidance closely.
The October 15 earnings announcement will be an important catalyst. I prefer to focus on long-term fundamentals rather than chase short-term excitement. The AI opportunity is promising, but valuation and risk management still matter. Consistency over hype, patience over FOMO!
