I think this is mainly a reminder to look beyond headline numbers. Nearly $50 billion in annualized revenue is still impressive, and I do not think this means AI demand is weakening. However, different reporting methods can lead to misleading comparisons and unrealistic expectations.
For me, the biggest concern is whether AI revenue can catch up with massive infrastructure spending. I remain bullish on AI, but GPU demand and data-center expansion must eventually translate into sustainable profits and cash flow.
Personally, I will continue holding my core AI stocks while monitoring revenue growth, free cash flow and CapEx. AI has tremendous potential, but I prefer discipline over hype. Ultimately, real earnings matter more than impressive projections! I would rather stay invested with a clear plan than chase every new AI headline.
