so anybody know is it ok to buy the USA Didi stock at the current low price and wait for it to grow with its HK listing and let it grow until it list again in USA in the future?

      noted with thanks.

Unlikely it will relist again in the US after they delist. Safer to just buy the HK shares since conversion is just one of the scenario and also depends on broker.

is it can operate as normal after delisted from US? China government can let it go??
    • AdrianTan
Listing of shares is unrelated to continuing business. Even if delisted Didi still exist as a business

    作为前首次公开募股公司--它肯定更有意义的是在国内市场上市,而不是在国外。同样的逻辑也适用于所有那些认为草在另一边更绿的人侧面!

I think delisting in usa and relisting in HK will give it a chance to grow again..

Few possibilities. Either DIDI buys back shares, shares get converted to OTC or the ADR converts to equivalent in HK shares if it manages to list in time. The latter scenario most likely.
