$Suntec Reit(T82U.SI)$ Gordon bought at 1.16 to hit 30%. Definitely the investment company see this price as cheap. Conditional offer is just a legal process may not be accepted, but one thing for sure is everyone is expecting price of this reit to go up, that is why everyone is buying in.

$Grab Holdings(GRAB)$ Grab is in a difficult position. It is trying to push in fintech but hope is low and too competitive, might close up like their Grab Debit Card. Tried to expand their fleet through acquisition but seems unlikely to go through the watch dog too. May stay at this price range for a while, provided it don't lose it's market share. It can't cut more cost as it has already retrenched what it can.. what do you think?
