However, total patmi for the year ended Dec 2025 was down 70% y-o-y at $145 million compared with $479 million in FY2024.Hammer Total revenue fell by 24% to $2.133 billion in FY2025.  Final dividend : 12 cents

$Singtel(Z74.SI)$   Singtel’s regional data centre arm Nxera opens largest facility in Tuas. DC Tuas has 58 megawatts in artificial intelligence-ready capacity and is Singapore’s highest power-density data centre. With the opening of DC Tuas, Nxera’s total data centre capacity in the country rose to 120 megawatts.  Nxera is expanding its data centre footprint across Asia, with additional AI-ready capacity coming onstream in Batam and Johor Bahru in the second half of 2026.  DC Tuas supports the higher rack densities required by next generation AI workloads.

$DBS(D05.SI)$   DBS' net profit for its fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2025, fell 10% to S$2.26 billion y-y. For the full year, net profit fell 3% to S$10.93 billion. DBS declared an ordinary dividend of S$0.66 per share and a capital return dividend of S$0.15 per share
$CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$   CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of S$0.0596 for the second half ended December, up 9.4 % from S$0.0545 in the year-ago period.  This brings DPU for the 2025 financial year to S$0.1158, up 6.4 % year on year
I will accumulate Google and Microsoft and dump or skip Amazon , Tesla and Apple. Recession and economy criss seem near to me. Both Google and Microsoft are" basic needs" for our daily work. As for Amazon, the recent announcement of cutting 10 of thousands of staffs show that Amazon is facing a tough business environment ahead. As for Apple, have or don't need to have an economic crisis.
The crash is still not deep enough to buy the dip... Can wait for another 1 to 2 more  crashes before buying the cheap
$Keppel(BN4.SI)$   Keppel H2 profit rises 27.2% to S$645.4 million; proposes special dividend of S$0.13 per share.  Proposed a final dividend of S$0.47 per share for FY2025. The final dividend comprises ordinary cash dividends of S$0.034 per share, which includes a proposed final cash dividend of S$0.19 and interim cash dividend of S$0.15 per share paid in August 2025. The final dividend also comprises a special dividend of S$0.13 per share proposed by the board. This includes S$0.02 per share and dividend in-specie of each Keppel Reit unit for every nine Keppel shares held, baked on Keppel Reit’s closing price of S$0.98 on Feb 3, 2026

(Without contribution from the acquisition of 75% interest in Top Ryde City Shopping Centre and the acquisition of an additional one-third interest in MBFC Tower 3.) FY2025 -6.6% y-o-y to 5.23 cents for the 12 months to Dec 31, 2025..  Leverage will be 40.4% after recent preferential offering The distribution will be paid on Mar 25, after a record date of Feb 12.

$CapLand Ascott T(HMN.SI)$   CapitaLand Ascott Trust H2 DPS inches up 0.8% to S$0.0358 The rise in H2 FY2025 DPS follows a 4% growth in revenue to S$439.1 million for the half year. For the full-year, distributable income jumped 11 per cent year on year to S$256.7 million. This brought DPS for FY2025 to S$0.061 Its core DPS fell 4% on the year to S$0.0295, from S$0.0308 in H2 FY2024. The distribution will be paid out on Feb 27, after the record date on Feb 6.
$Sembcorp Ind(U96.SI)$   Sembcorp Industries on Wednesday (Jan 28) said that its wholly owned subsidiary Sembcorp Power will supply memory chip giant Micron with an additional 150 megawatts (MW) of power to support its “growing operations”. SCI has been “supplying up to 450 MW of power to Micron’s Singapore production facilities” as part of an existing power purchase agreement.  The added capacity will not change the agreement’s original 18-year term through 2041.
$Mapletree Ind Tr(ME8U.SI)$   Mapletree Industrial Trust reports 3QFY2026 DPU of 3.17 cents, 7% lower y-o-y. Excluding divestment gains, the REIT’s DPU remained unchanged, but stood 3.9% lower y-o-y. On a q-o-q basis, DPU fell by 0.3%. As at Dec 31, 2025, the REIT’s overall portfolio occupancy stood at 91.4%, 0.1 percentage points higher q-o-q. Overall weighted average lease expiry (WALE) stood at 4.5 years based on date of commencement of leases. Aggregate leverage as at the same period stood at 37.2%, down from 37.3% a quarter ago.

$Keppel(BN4.SI)$   Keppel has signed a binding term sheet with an unnamed global telco for the "indefeasible right of use" of a fibre pair in its Bifrost Cable System for 25 years. Keppel’s fibre pairs in Bifrost are jointly owned by Keppel and its private fund co-investors through a 40-60 joint venture
$Suntec Reit(T82U.SI)$   Suntec REIT has reported DPU of 7.035 cents for its FY2025 ended Dec 31, up 13.6% y-o-y, on the back of a 14.6% jump in distributable income to $207.3 million. Gross revenue, meanwhile, was up 1.7% to $471.6 million.
