@Terra Incognita:I closed $BABA 20240823 85.0 CALL$  ,BABA: covered call with strike at $85 expired in the money when market close at $85.41. With $1 per share premium collected, this is actually a profitable trade. I hold quite a fair bit of BABA and had multiple covered calls expiring at various weeks, so I’ve decided to offload this set and get exercised to recover some cash.

@Terra Incognita:I closed $NVDA 20240823 121.0 CALL$  ,NVDA: the covered call with strike at $121 expired in the money when it closes at $129.37 on Fri. Earnings will be announced on 28th Aug and that might add additional volatility. Decided to cash out with small profits and get exercised to reduce my positions on NVDA.

@Terra Incognita:I closed $MU 20240823 100.0 CALL$  ,MU: covered call with strike at $100 expired in the money on expiry when MU closes at $102.85. The $100 strike was sold at holding cost average so had been collecting premium from both cash secured put and covered call to eke out some profits and completing and entire wheel strategy cycle.

@AyKing:I closed $IWM VERTICAL 240823 PUT 215.0/PUT 210.0$  ,This trade manage to recover into profit zone on the date of expiry. I think mainly driven by the positive market sentiments from Jackson hole event. 🙏🏽

@Tiger V:I opened $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$  ,I made an additional investment in Nvidia, driven by the anticipation of their upcoming earnings release on August 28, 2024. Nvidia has been a standout performer in the stock market this year, with its shares having risen by approximately 160% year-to-date, reflecting investor confidence in its dominant position in the AI chip market.

@Tiger V:I opened $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  ,This decision was primarily influenced by Tesla’s consistent revenue growth, strong free cash flow generation, and its strategic focus on capital raising through new shares. However, the investment also carries certain risks and speculative elements, particularly related to Tesla’s ambitious plans in autonomous driving and the potential Robotaxi business.
