$Caterpillar(CAT)$ One of my favourite stocks this year: picked this up in January 2026 on the back of news about data centre construction ramp ups. Caterpillar is an established name in the business and apart from the popular yellow cranes and bulldozers that we often see at construction sites, they provide generators and power for data centres.
