$CityDev(C09.SI)$ CDL has started preview for Zyon Grand since Wednesday (8 October) and judging by the weekday crowd and the project super high rise and landmark design, it's going to be a blockbuster project. To date, CDL has also sold $1.56 Billion of Assets, and has successfully won 3 very well located and well positioned Government Land Sales (GLS) sites in 2025. All these has placed CDL in a well positioned for FY 2025 financial results, and they will be very well capitalised for more opportunities in 2026.
