$CityDev(C09.SI)$ CDL has started preview for Zyon Grand since Wednesday (8 October) and judging by the weekday crowd and the project super high rise and landmark design, it's going to be a blockbuster project. To date, CDL has also sold $1.56 Billion of Assets, and has successfully won 3 very well located and well positioned Government Land Sales (GLS) sites in 2025. All these has placed CDL in a well positioned for FY 2025 financial results, and they will be very well capitalised for more opportunities in 2026. I'm on full throttle for this property counter since all the investment analysts has a strong Buy call on CDL.
