Observing BABA and their fight for the food delivery war in China, I believe they will beat expectations. They felt like they were putting the screws on their competitors, and coming feom a position of strength.

While reports seemed slightly pessimistic for 11/11 sales for Taobao, I felt that there was a recovery compared to the past few years where it felt stronger than the year before.

Might be overly optimistic of me, but I am of the view that Alibaba has done most of the things right. Nothing overly ambitious (then again Xiaomi could make EVs work for them, so who am I to judge)

Alibaba AI Push On vs. Big Tech: Still Cheap at $150?
Alibaba’s AI glasses go on sale. The Quark AI Glasses come in two variants that cost 1,899 Chinese yuan ($268) and 3,799 yuan, less than Meta’s $799 Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses, signaling Alibaba’s competitive entry into the consumer AI market. Is Alibaba the one who can take on big tech in China?
