Meta’s former engineering director is back on the stand, and his testimony is as brutal as the courtroom drawing of him. Whistleblower Arturo Bejar says Meta knew young users were being harmed at “extraordinarily high rates” but its own tracking failed to capture the real damage. He told jurors parents “would have wanted to have known” what the company knew.
