Option Strategies: AVGO, MDB& .SPX

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some option strategies with u!1.Pre-earnings trade idea on $MongoDB Inc.(MDB)$ Earnings Release: March 7 after market close Expected Move: ~13% / IV 300%+ (this is setting up to potentially be a big mover post-earnings) Trade: Sell-to-open a Strangle targeting 3-4X outside the expected move (so, strikes that are 30-40% away from the current trading price). March 8 expiration, 280-290 put & 580 call strikes. The 280-290 level is at the gap from a previous earnings release and the 580 level is near the ATH. Goal: Trade expires worthless tomorrow or can be closed out for less than 0.05/contract as MDB price stays within the strikes. If a strike is breached (or looks very likely to get breached), then close out

Option Stratgies: COST, .SPX, SPY& AMZN

Hello everyone! Today I want to share some option strategies with you!Closed out our put trades on $Costco(COST)$ for profit and to free up buying power to potentially sell some spreads on $S&P 500(.SPX)$ $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ .Image $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ Decided to roll it to next week and lower the strike. We're still overall in a bearish environment, and who knows what is gonna happen with the govt shutdown this weekend. Will wait for confirmation that this bounce is in fact sustained before entering into a position. Wouldn't mind taking assignment where AMZN found buying support ... back at 124.ImageLadie

Hello everyone! Today I want to share some option strategies with you!Going to wait until the last 10 minutes before market close to see if $S&P 500(.SPX)$ has any big spikes up like it did yesterday. Will sell a call spread targeting 4300+ on the sold strike during the spike. Selling today instead of tomorrow to capture a higher strike. Betting on/assuming that SPX has another down move tomorrow (daily chart doesn't look constructive). So far this feeling has played out nicely on $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ . Let's see if we tap 124 this week or close at that level or below by end of week.Right now not much going on with $Manchester United PLC(MANU)$ . All the specula

Option Strategies: NKE& CCL

Hello everyone! Today I want to share some option strategies with you!Trade idea on: $Nike(NKE)$ Earnings date: Sep 28 after market close Expected move: 5% Entry: Retail has been getting killed, and considering current economic environment and market sentiment, it is easy to see how NKE could guide down and come in with lackluster numbers. Look at the daily chart on NKE … its been in a downfall. The question is ... has selling exhausted itself? That said, tutes and hedgies don't want retail to win, so if too many retail folks are betting on downside, then the tutes and hedgies could burn puts but also may not necessarily pump the stock to reward call holders. Hence, the best thing to do here in our opinion is to sell the options (versus buying) and

Option Strategies: WMT, FIG& PANW

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some option strategies with you! 1. $Palo Alto Networks(PANW)$ announces earnings after the closing bell on Tuesday this week. Expected move is ~8%. Still going to continue playing these optionselling trades conservatively. Targeting the 120 or 125 strike for put-write trades, Feb 20 expiry. Will also strangle with naked calls, strike in the 200-220 range depending on available premium, Feb 20 expiry. Image Image 2. $Figma(FIG)$ announces earnings after market close on Wednesday. Expected move is ~13%. Has FIG reached bottom? Gotta assume that expectations are low going into this earnings print. Like many tech IPOs, this stock was pumped up so that large/institutional

Trading Strategies: DDOG& SHOP

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading strategies with you! 1. Took profit on the $Datadog(DDOG)$ trades. Am playing $Shopify(SHOP)$ for earnings before market open. Snuck this trade in between shopping and sightseeing. Wrote a Feb 13 expiry 90P & 175C strangle. Image Image 2. I'll take this $Cloudflare, Inc.(NET)$ trade alongside with you, but am gonna write the 140P instead and will also take the 245C. Making it an optionselling strangle, Feb 13 expiry. Trading Strategies: GRAB, APP& NBIS

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading strategies with you!! 1. Totally forgot to trade before going to bed. Woke up just in time to place a few optionselling trades to play earnings. - $AppLovin Corporation(APP)$ , Feb 20 expiry, 290 put strike, just below the volume point-of-control at the next largest volume support level - $NEBIUS(NBIS)$ , Feb 20 expiry, put strikes at the 57 and 67 gaps Image Image 2. Did not realize that $Grab Holdings(GRAB)$ announced earnings after the closing bell today. Not surprised that it dumped considering that tech names aren't getting any love lately. Can more confidently buy more shares now that earnings are out of the

Option Strategies: RH

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!1.Anyone brave enough to write puts on $RH(RH)$ heading into earnings today? Expected move is ~13% with a very high IV of ~260%.This stock has been killed off so much from ATH. Would like to write the 75 put strike for Dec 19 expiration, but there is no premium. May take a 110/105 put credit spread instead.Image.2.Wasn't too sure how $RH(RH)$ would report for earnings, but was leaning to the downside, so wrote a conservative put credit spread instead of writing naked puts. Also wrote a naked call ... don't see RH hitting 230 on good earnings.Hindsight is obviously 20/20, but should have just written the put straight up with no hedge. Gave up lo

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!1.We feel compelled to trade $American Express(AXP)$ for earnings being an #amex cardholder. Expected move is 4% for tomorrow, 5.3% for next Friday.Gonna write puts at the 285 and 280 levels, Oct 24 expiry. Both those strikes are below the volume point-of-control and strong support.Image2.So tempted to trade $Ally(ALLY)$ for earnings. Ideally looking at the $29 strike for a put-write trade, but would be forced to go out to Nov 21 expiry to get premium as Oct 17 doesn't exist. Don't feel like holding a trade until mid-November if it goes against us. And not as comfortable writing the $33 put strike for Oct 17 expiry.Still got time to decide,
