Getting ready for jackson//@JC888:Isn't Wall. Street tired of the same old tricks?  Knowing full well a stocks value n worth is,  these liars will start to stir shit and mud-sling the company,  casting shadows and doubts in them. When the ignorant and ill informed buys into their sham stories and bail,  they will be at the downstream frantically buying up these massively deflated (price wise)  shares,  starts to write glowing reports of it.When Market investors buy into their fake news again,  off they go unloading all their dirt cheap purchases before repeating the same shit tactics but under a different guise. Perhaps let's act out the Good Cop Bad Cop strategy this time round. Again the wheel

More job loss //@MHh: The main factor determining the magnitude of rate hike is the inflation.  The market wants to take comfort that if Friday's data is worse off, the Fed will ease back on the rate hikes. However I am not too hopeful. The message is clear that even if recession happens, the inflation has to be tamed. I am expecting more room for stock prices to fall with the next earnings season and alsothe next Fed meeting. The market has priced in 0.75% but if inflation remains high, there is a chance higher rate hike would be needed.  The main contributors to inflation are still present. The high energy prices which has eased back a little may come back up with the higher demand with the winter season. The supply

Allocation has a purpose. Thats for retirement and happiness. Enjoy the whole journey//@koolgal:Retirement to me is the golden age of living.  It is the time to explore new horizons, travel to exciting new destinations, spend more time with loved ones and learn new skills like painting, horse riding.  The main worry most people have is they may outlive their funds and die penniless. That is why Retirement Planning is crucial to navigate the path to a worry and stress free retirement.First I will set my goals for my retirement.  I am a believer of FIRE - Financial Independence Retire Early.   This can be achieved by savings and allocating into 4 buckets of funds.  Bucket 1 is for essen

Thanks for sharing//@DiAngel:I don't think DBS, UOB and OCBC should worry as they have their own strong base of loyal customers. I am one of them. 😇. Indirectly, these 3 major banks have been improving their services way before TrustBank came in the play. No doubt, Trust is trying to attract customers with their annual fees waiver credit card and their co-operation with NTUC, I doubt consumers will be attracted to it. I am one of them 🤣🤣. I have NTUC plus card and annual fees waiver credit cards too. I am trying to hold fewer credit cards - currently 3; next year planning to have 2 only. Trust is having free foreign transactions fee. That's the only plus point to me. But how frequent will I use this facility? 😏🤔 u

Reversion to the mean is happening as Fed hints to bring back gravity quickly to tame inflation. They are probably willing to crash the markets to get inflation down. Probably will do it until something snaps in the real economy. Not that markets not always equal to real economy. Please help me like comment and follow. Thanks.

More pain ahead//@robot1234:Tech stocks are mired in their longest weekly losing streak since dot-com bust. The Nasdaq dropped 3.8% this week, notching its seventh straight weekly drop. It’s the tech-heavy index’s longest weekly losing streak since 2001 during the dot-com bust. The Nasdaq is 29% off its record reached in November, while the S&P 500 briefly fell into bear market territory on Friday, down 20% from its high.
