Both Gross Revenue and NPI increased at 2% and 2.6% to 177.3m and 133.2m. Borrowing costs seem to have come down a bit. Operating expenses is lowered than last year. Higher borrowing costs eaten up the Distribution income and thus the dpu payout is lowered at 2.00e cents as compared to 2.25 cents last year. occupancy rate at 96%+ seem improving. I think need to wait foe China side to see some improvement plus 2nd half of 2025 we may see interest rate likely help to lower the financial cost!
