$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$  NVDA's CEO has sold more than $400 million worth of stock in the last 6 weeks alone. that's ~3.4 million worth of shares or just above 1% of total shares outstanding of $NVDA. To me, when insiders sell this many it's a sign that, in the short term, the stock has topped.
