Well I am Singaporean so I support Singapore. Singaporeans have high hopes for Legend Fandi Ahmad's sons, so naturally Ilhan Fandi is the one to watch. Irfan Fandi will also be worth watching as well. Unfortunate that Ikhsan Fandi is injured. Objectively, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam would be the strong teams to watch out for. Thailand and Indonesia in particular have been smashing in the goals. A wildcard would be Cambodia who beat Philippines, but Philippines team haven't performed well so far.
I support Manchester United, and I feel like its stock is similar to netflix. It has fallen from its peak but its still one of the top few nonetheless. The team is also prone to sudden poor results (just like Netflix having a sudden crash in stock price due to poor results), but they are both on the uptrend, albeit not back at the top of the pile in terms of performance yet.
2022 Investing Review Not gonna lie I didn't really invest a lot. I tried to find instances where the market had perhaps overreacted and tried to buy the dip, sometimes to horrendous consequences eg Forte Biosciences and T2 biosystems. They've dropped to the point I opted to hold cos there was so little value left. That said ironically, with the same methods as above, my best performing investment has been Netflix. I bought 2 shares (yes I don't have that much capital for now) and thought I bought the dip. It dropped a good $30 more from my purchase price of $215 before the insane rally. I sold off one share to keep some earnings but I really am curious to see how it plays out. With higher interest rates, I've been playing it safer and have been putting money in bonds eg SSB or TBills
