@pekss:I doubt Elon Musk's offer price for $Twitter(TWTR)$will be acceptable to its board, which may reject it on the basis that the offer significantly undervalues the company. Existing shareholders who might have bought their shares at much higher costs than the offer price would also be reluctant to accept the offer. In fact, the closing price right after the offer announcement has priced in considerable uncertainty that the deal can be closed, though it offers arbitrage opportunities to traders willing to bet on the eventual closure. As the offer is final, it will not be revised upward. Given that it is non-binding and the changing behaviour of Elon Musk, he may walk away from his offer too.
