Prices like that mean the car won’t sell in the high volumes seen from the Tesla Model 3 or Model Y. Those cars can be had for what a nicely equipped sedan from&nbsp;BMW&nbsp;(BMW.Germany) or evenToyota Motor&nbsp;(TM) or&nbsp;Honda&nbsp;(HMC) can cost.</p>\n<p>Still, the launch highlights Tesla’s ability to update its designs. Tesla is building new capacity in Austin, Texas, andBerlin. Musk has boasted the company is close to&nbsp;achieving fully autonomous cars&nbsp;with newer versions of its self-driving software.
