$Bitwise Bitcoin ETF(BITB)$ and IBIT are my favourite ETFs for Bitcoin. I am quite comfortable using ETFs to invest in BTC, just like trading GLD ETF for my regular gold purchase. Though I wish that the expense ratio for precious metals and crypto ETFs can be eventually lowered to 0.10% range in the long run.

Its performance chart is a nice upwards trending slope; no sudden downspikes (especially during March 2020) compared to many other similar funds available in the market. This should be any conversative person favourite instrument as it is virtually risk-free: AAA grade bond, redeemable at any time without any penalty. A limitation is the maximum amount is $200,000, which has improved from the previous $100,000 limit. SEA Ltd, like many conglomerates, seems to be an elusive & hard to comprehend stock. From an all time high of $372.70 to the current depressed share price of $70.33, SEA is indeed worth a serious consideration to many buy and hold investor. The top potential segments of SEA is probably the e-commerce(Shopee), and digital gaming(Garena).1. Shopee is probably the most important business of SEA. The e-commerce market's potential is vast, and Shopee's will to expand beyond Asia is evident. Not to mention Shopee still has potential to tap into the digital payment/wallet market, as well as "Buy now pay later". 🎁 My ideal Xmas stock present is $Berkshire Hathaway(BRK.B)$  . Berkshire Hathaway is my special pick: it is as diversified as an equity ETF, but yet it is a stock on its own, so there isn't expense ratio & management fee associated with typical ETFs.  In addition, Mr Buffett is my investment role model and I trust his judgement and investing philosophies. I am comfortable with BRK.B major stock holdings such as Apple, Bank of America, American Express and Kraft Heinz. We should also remember that Berkshire Hathaway also owns businesses in insurance and manufacturing. This Christmas, let's celebrate and embrace a better new year ahead.

My most memorable investment in the first quarter of 2022 is purchase of AAPL in January, before the Tiger Lunar New Year. It was an auspicious move as the bright RED apple is a main motivational factor to me. My return for the first quarter of 2022 is slightly positive, although I am thinking that a deeper correction is good for investors waiting for entry into quality/solid companies. Otherwise, I think it is safer to remain cautiously optimistic. My 2022 investment plan remains unchanged, DCA small amounts, and into ETFs for the diversification. However, I am currently interested in the 5Y SGS bonds. If the projected yield can hit 2.5% for 5Y SGS bonds, I will take part in the May 2022 auction.

My 2023 first trade was $Microsoft(MSFT)$ . This is my maiden first trade in Microsoft, on 4 Jan 2023 when this mega software giant crashed ~5%. I have always wanted to invest in it when it hovers around $250; so at ~$228, I decided to DCA into fractional share. Microsoft is a stock that I am hoping to see in Berkshire Hathaway's portfolio soon, as we can see Mr Buffett is confident in Amazon, although the stake is relatively small.
