With the 3 freehold properties fully leased to 4 tenants, with a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 6.6 years and fixed annual rent increments of 3 per cent, revenue will increase (esp after the divestmentof Cross Street Exchange last year). Is $DigiCore Reit USD(DCRU.SI)$going to retrace back to IPO price as it was announced on21 April that DCR’s fifth-largest tenant - Sunguard Availability Services - has filed for bankruptcy protection in the US, Canada and the UK. Sunguard occupies about 40% of the power capacity at DCR’s data centre in Toronto and contributes slightly more than 7% of DCR’s rental income.Will this also dampen sentiments of $KEPPEL DC REIT(AJBU.SI)$given it has an outstanding legal suit with one tenant on default? 🤔

With China and Hong Kong making up its second and third largest contributions, $DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$may move lower following the release of China's April performance - significant drop due to its COVID-19 situations. Just to share an experience with $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$where I learnt a valuable lesson that it is ok to make mistake in assessment but be ready to realise, accept and make corrections. In this particular case, it was fortunate that it ended with no loss. Looking back now, the readiness to correct a mistake turned into a blessing while it is on its way back to IPO price. 😮‍💨😅
