$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$  I'm suspicious about why they seem to be doing deals with almost every tech company out there while Huang sells his shares every day. Are they going to miss their revenue target for next quarter (noting that $54bn is a big jump over last quarter of $46bn)?

$SPDR Gold Shares(GLD)$  Gold was up 10% in September and is still up 5% this month, so only recent buyers have lost out. I'll wait and see what happens but I'm not even considering selling any of my mining companies unless gold goes below $3500/oz, the price at the beginning of September.

My best gain in 2024 was Amprius ($Amprius Technologies Operating Inc(AMPX)$ ) and I'm still holding because I expect it to go up again in 2025. They make lithium-silicon batteries that are better than the lithium-NMC batteries currently used in cars. There's lots of competition but no one else has posted better figures for how far you can go one one charge. The batteries also charge faster. They're currently selling batteries for drones and satelites and mobility equipment but intend to move into car batteries. I think gold still has a long way to go up as global political instability is going to continue.  But I prefer gold mining stocks to physical gold as the mining companies are leveraged to the gold price and pay dividends.  $BTG 20260116 2.5 CALL$  

$DE GREY MINING LTD(DEG.AU)$ Good price increase from the offer from Norther Star but I don't think it's high enough. $5bn sounds like a lot until you realise the pre tax project cashflow of $6.5bn is at a gold price of A$2700. You would have to think gold will drop 30+% or the asic will be above forecast to sell. 

$Amprius Technologies Operating Inc(AMPX)$ is going strong. I bought low a few montgs ago in a high risk battery company.

$CATALYST METALS LTD(CYL.AU)$ has been good for me over the last year as mines came into production and gold prices soared.  For the next year my pick is $ORA BANDA MINING LTD(OBM.AU)$ as they increase their reserves and ramp up production.

$Amprius Technologies Operating Inc(AMPX)$   Surprised but happy at the gain in the last few days. They're not doing anything new as far as I'm aware,  only news is submitting a battery sample for tests.
