$HORIZONROBOT-W(09660)$ Citi published a research report saying, Horizon Robot-W(09660) deepened strategic cooperation with Volkswagen through CARIZON. CARIZON will adopt Horizon's AI-based large model authorization model to develop unified autonomous driving technology. The bank estimates that under other conditions, the cooperation will bring about RMB 3 billion in licensing revenue contribution in the next three years, which is equivalent to an upside of 10 to 12% in gross profit. The bank assigned Horizon Robotics a price target of HK$12.3 with a \"Buy/High Risk\" rating.
$HORIZONROBOT-W(09660)$ Goldman Sachs' Asia trading team believes the Asian robotics industry is in the early stages of development. Compared to their US counterparts, Asian robotics and automation stocks still trade at a valuation discount, yet offer higher earnings growth expectations, with capital beginning to rotate into the robotics supply chain. The bank also emphasized that the industry is currently in a transitional phase from technology validation to commercialization, and large-scale deployment will still take time.
