Great article. $Lennar(LEN)$ $Berkshire Hathaway(BRK.B)$  $D.R. Horton(DHI)$  fedreal reserve rates cut, mortagages already down the lowest they have been since 2024 + earnings call. Great play.

Hey Tigers, I’m relatively new here. Utilities interest me so I’m holding Lennar and D R Horton coincidentally these markets if I’m correct will be impacted by the fed rate cut throughout September. Ultimately I’m a fan of Berkshire and Buffet who hold both of these stocks. In other areas I’m like most a fan of Tesla and AI. Interesting comments above on Nuclear energy I must give that a read. Ciao!

where I am located doesn't actually have a data sample it's incoherent, however if this trailblazer isn't hitting, the issue would be culture not products. Think about that.

Replying to @Yourstruly:Haha if that’s Not Enough Warren Buffet holds both of those.//@Yourstruly:Lennar and pool have bottomed, 5% and 6% yesterday, it’s about to go parabolic with fed cut and trump supporting housing. It’s like mad Mike said #frenzy
Those glasses tho, how far away are those?

The wicked walks out of its crept to hand one toddler a biscuit but it doesn't hand it to it pleasantly oh no, it breaks it up into crumbs so the toddler can't enjoy it. The monster grins with envy And deep regret at the slightest feather like ounce of joy that might come from tasting the biscuit. With every bite the monster is filled with distain while maintaining a smile. The toddler gobbles it up watching the monster disappear back into its crept, beyond the door is a pile of biscuits the size of ten mountains.

Community projects drive micro economic growth in a large way and not just for Lennar but for the would be receivers of in the least way said, smart utilistic solutions. Not too shabby on the eye either way Lennar is a great investment, another stock closely linked by context is Pool. Where's there's unique or the contrary, housing comes with bathing suits. Combined with other relevant themes would be natural gases vs AI. Almost a waspy portfolio. If oil were at realistic prices. For everything else there's gold.

$Dow Jones(.DJI)$  can someone help please. I can't trade this or the S&P or NASDAQ in the app. Can someone explain?
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  The investor coalition to halt profit taking is great news, it signifies growth and a march towards $400.

Replying to @GreenArt:Was it an American dream? It’s said that you need to be asleep to see it! Lmao//@GreenArt:Is like having a good dream but woke up middle of the night to reality of balance sheet - profits vs heavy investment outlay. With the uncertainty of bull or bear wins, I am looking at picking  up #QQQ, VOO along the way. In worst case, just sit on it for bull to recover. At least this bull will not die (bankrupt). 😅
I think it’s been written a thousand times when the markets rages, bulls are in utilities commodities and distribution it never fails.
They say if you want to measure a cultures strength, one could do this by standing on the corner of any high street. This was particularly true of the EV movement and is becoming ever more so evident when we think about how we pay for things and how that transaction is traced logged and the likes. Bitcoin was once 30 dollars, now it's like standing on a corner on any high street In any city. A cultures strength is it's number.
What happened to this stock? It's gone? Under $100 such a shame. Investor confidence down the tubes.
