The overall market appear that is setting up for a delayed santa claus rally which includes the first two days of the year.Gme as of 8pm is 7% from the 22 month low ($17) and 9% from $20 which would put 5 strikes with large open interest in the money that expire tomorrow. A 9% rally would put puts that are in the money out of the money. $20 is also where max pain was this morning so it is not out of the question.So how am I preparing to react? I understand after great review that NIO needs the Nio house and watch to compete with car sales. In Europe a lot of people consider China cars junk compared to home country manufacturers. To sell a worldclass EV you need to sell the brand name. VW and BMW are trying to sell cheap and to some extent so is tesla. NIO may go Bk but the infrastructure NIO is building will make or break the brand. $Apple(AAPL)$  Saw an interesting option play yesterday!Some one either bought 100K shares at $125 then sold 1,000 Jan 25 $140 calls for $21+.. this could be a 28.6%, return : $15 + $21= $36/$125…..two year CD strategy … $3 million profit.Or previously someone had bought AAPL at $140 and just wanted to pocket a dividend. The two year CD then is $21$140.Impossible to decipher an option trade motive.
