But with more thought, I am wondering if really CRM can pivot around AI to essentially replace a lot of the work force with bots on their platforms? I believe the real use of AI is that your own computer or phone is the AI interface, and all the stuff CRM does on their SaaS essentially becomes obsolete. CRM sounds good, but are they in fact a dinosaur? Keeping an eye on it in case it goes up 10x, but imo right now it is correctly priced at around 25x their current earnings expectation for a moderate growth company.
