Chip stocks saw a widespread rally during Monday’s pre-market trading session. Intel and ARM Holdings notched gains of more than 3%, while Advanced Micro Devices, Qualcomm and Broadcom climbed upwards of 2%. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing and NVIDIA edged up in excess of 1%.
