Navitas Semiconductor Corp (NVTS.US) has consolidated its Asian distribution network through a strategic distribution agreement with WisdomTree Investments. This collaboration will strengthen Navitas' technical support and supply chain services for its leading gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) power solutions in the region. Under the agreement, WisdomTree will oversee customer engagement, design-in activities, and regional logistics management to ensure stable supply and rapid delivery of Navitas' products across Asia.
Navitas Semiconductor's core strategy involves shifting from low-margin mobile consumer electronics to high-growth, high-power markets such as AI data centers, energy, and industrial applications. On May 21, the company announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to develop next-generation 800V high-voltage direct current (HVDC) architecture, powering the "Kyber" rack-level system, which supports GPUs including the Rubin Ultra. Navitas' GaN and SiC technologies will play a pivotal role in this initiative.
The new power architecture aims to address power distribution challenges in AI factories—data centers specifically designed for large-scale AI and high-performance computing workloads. Traditional 54V power distribution within racks is no longer sufficient for multi-megawatt cabinet power density demands.
With a strong balance sheet featuring a current ratio of 8.23 and a debt-to-equity ratio of just 0.02, Navitas Semiconductor is well-positioned to fund its technological advancement projects.
