沃尔玛（WMT）股价于11月20日盘中大涨7.19%，截至15:18，创下近期新高。该涨幅主要受益于公司发布的强劲第三季度财报以及上调的全年业绩展望。
根据财报，沃尔玛第三季度调整后每股收益为0.62美元，高于分析师预期的0.60美元；营收达1795亿美元，同比增长5.8%，超过市场预期的1774.3亿美元。公司美国可比销售额增长4.5%，同样超出预期。沃尔玛上调了2026财年的业绩指引，预计全年净销售额将增长4.8%至5.1%，高于此前预期的3.75%至4.75%。
值得注意的是，沃尔玛电商业务表现亮眼，全球电商销售额增长27%。美国市场电商销售额增长28%，主要受门店配送订单增加以及广告和第三方市场增长推动。首席财务官John David Rainey表示，公司正持续扩大配送范围、降低运输成本并拓展第三方市场，以进一步提升电商竞争力。
此外，沃尔玛还宣布，将于12月9日将其普通股上市地点从纽约证券交易所转移至纳斯达克，股票代码仍为"WMT"。公司表示，此举符合其"以人为本、科技驱动"的长期战略方向，凸显了沃尔玛在科技创新方面的决心。
