穆迪评级公司（Moody's Ratings）上周五晚间宣布取消对美国政府的最高信用评级，将美国的评级从Aaa降至Aa1。该公司指责历任美国总统和国会立法者造成预算赤字膨胀，并称预算赤字几乎没有缩小的迹象。
随着国会山就更多没有资金支持的减税措施展开辩论，以及特朗普颠覆长期以来建立的商业伙伴关系并重新谈判贸易协议，美国经济似乎将放缓，此次降级有可能加剧华尔街对美国主权债券市场日益增长的担忧。
