11月20日，沃尔玛发布2026财年第三季度业绩。财报显示，第三季度营收1795亿美元，去年同期1774亿美元；第三季度美国同店销售额增长4.5%，市场预估为增长3.8%；第三季度调整后每股收益为0.62美元，市场预估为0.60美元。
沃尔玛2026财年展望：按固定汇率计算，净销售额增长4.8%至5.1%，此前展望为增长3.75%至4.75%；将2026财年调整后每股收益预期下限从2.52美元提升至2.58美元，上限则从2.62美元小幅提高至2.63美元。
沃尔玛宣布转换上市交易所，将从纽交所转板至纳斯达克。沃尔玛预计其股票将于12月9日在纳斯达克开始交易。
财报发布后，沃尔玛美股盘前一度涨超2%，现转跌超2%。
