** Chip designer Nvidia's NVDA.O shares fall 3.1% to $98.34 premarket

** Huawei Technologies HWT.UL plans to begin mass shipments of its advanced 910C AI chip to as early as next month, Reuters said in an exclusive report, citing two people familiar with the matter

** Huawei's 910C, a graphics processing unit (GPU), represents an architectural evolution rather than a technological breakthrough - report

** This month, U.S. President Donald Trump's administration told NVDA that sales of the H20 AI chip would require an export license

** Seeking to limit China's tech development, particularly advances for its military, Washington has cut China off from NVDA's most advanced AI products including its flagship B200 chip

** Up to last close, NVDA stock down ~24% vs. ~23% decline in Philadelphia SE Semiconductor Index .SOX this year
