Centurion (SGX:OU8) lodged a preliminary prospectus of Centurion Accommodation REIT with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
This comes after the company signed letter agreements with various third parties in connection with the proposed listing of an accommodation REIT.
Shares of the company were up nearly 5% in Thursday trading.
