金吾财讯 | 半导体板块普遍拉升，天数智芯(09903)涨23.25%，美佳音控股(06939)涨14.81%，澜起科技(06809)涨9.58%，爱芯元智(00600)涨6.21%，纳芯微(02676)涨6.13%，宏光半导体(06908)涨5.81%，FORTIOR(01304)涨4.94%，中芯国际(00981)涨3.94%，豪威集团(00501)涨3.59%，华虹半导体(01347)涨3.21%，中电华大科技(00085)涨2.44%，上海复旦(01385)涨1.87%，晶门半导体(02878)涨1.30%。台积电2月销售额3176.6亿元台币，同比增长22.2％。台积电1-2月累计销售额7189.1亿元台币，同比增长29.9%。华鑫证券报告指出，2026年1月，全球半导体当月销售额为825.4亿美元，同比增长46.1%。其中，中国销售额为228.2亿美元，环比增长5.75%，占比达27.65%。2020~2025年，随着5G、人工智能等技术发展带来的半导体需求增加，全球半导体整体呈现增长态势，中国大陆和中国台湾增长较为显著。2025年三季度，中国大陆半导体设备销售额达到145.6亿美元，同比增长12.61%，环比增长28.17%。该机构指，从中国进口半导体设备数量的维度来看，2023年以来，中国的半导体设备进口数量整体呈现平稳的态势。
