President Trump Expects Japan to Do More in Supporting U.S. -- WSJ

President Trump said that he expects Japan to step up in supporting the U.S. as the administration works to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
"We spend a lot of money on Japan," he said in a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi in the Oval Office. "I think it's appropriate" that Japan steps up, he said. Japan relies on the Middle East for around 90% of its crude oil. The two leaders will also be talking about Japanese minesweepers, Trump also said.
