President Donald Trump on August 3 issued a full endorsement of U.S. Senator Ashley Moody, praising her work representing Florida and highlighting her accomplishments. In a post on X, Trump described Moody as a "fifth generation Floridian" who served as State Attorney General for six years before becoming a "very distinguished and well respected U.S. Senator."
Trump noted that Florida, a state he loves, "WON BIG, in 2016, 2020, and 2024" and credited Moody with working tirelessly to "Grow our Economy, Cut Taxes and Regulations, Promote MADE IN THE U.S.A., Champion American Energy DOMINANCE, Help Secure our already Secure Southern Border, Stop Migrant Crime, Murderers, and other Criminals from illegally entering our Country, Strengthen our Great Military/Veterans, and Defend our always under siege Second Amendment."
The president declared, "Ashley Moody has my Complete and Total Endorsement — SHE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!" The endorsement comes as Moody continues her first term in the Senate, having been elected in 2024.
