Trump: Manufacturing boom hits fastest pace in over four years

Trump's Truth Social latest posts04:38

President Donald Trump said on August 4 that manufacturing is booming, with factory activity hitting its fastest pace in more than four years, far exceeding expectations. In a post on X, Trump stated that new orders have expanded for seven straight months, declaring "American Manufacturing is BACK!"

Trump highlighted that the stock market is at an all-time high, setting records as investors recognize America's success. He also noted that U.S. goods exports have topped $200 billion for the fifth consecutive month, with the country on pace for nearly $2.5 trillion in goods exports this year—numbers he said nobody thought possible just two years ago.

Trump criticized "the Fake News and the Dumocrats" for trying to distract from these achievements, but asserted that with trillions of dollars in new investment pouring into the United States, more factories, construction, and high-paying jobs on the way, the results are impossible to hide. He concluded, "This is the GOLDEN AGE OF AMERICA, and we’re just getting started."
