智通财经APP讯，恒大物业(06666)发布截至2026年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收入69.43亿元，同比增加4.45%;公司拥有人应占利润5.17亿元，同比增加9.48%;每股盈利0.05元。
期内，基础物业管理服务收入约58.315亿元，同比增长约3.9%，主要由于本集团在管面积增加;及以服务促收费，持续提升服务质量，风险客户减少所致。
截至2026年6月30日，本集团总在管面积约6.03亿平方米，较2025年6月30日总在管面积约5.96亿平方米增加约700万平方米。
期内，出于谨慎性原则，本集团按照向客户提供物业管理服务而预期享有的对价为原则确认基础物业管理服务收入。对若干信用风险显著上升的第三方客户，本集团于其代价逾期时，考虑其支付代价款项的意愿，对已完成履约义务但尚未收取该等客户代价款项部分未确认为收入;及考虑关联方现状，基于稳健性原则，本集团期内物业管理服务收入剔除了与关联方有关的空置物业管理等基础物业管理服务收入约2.557亿元。
