Mm2 Asia, Unit Seek Two-Month Extension of Moratorium Orders

Mm2 Asia (SGX:1B0) and its unit mm2 Entertainment have applied to Singapore's High Court to extend their respective moratorium orders by a further two months to Nov. 21.
The companies are also seeking court approval to convene meetings of certain creditors to consider and vote on proposed schemes of arrangement, according to a Thursday Singapore Exchange filing.
The applications will facilitate the proposed restructuring process and subsequent creditor meetings.
Mm2 Asia said it will provide further updates when there are material developments.
