Frasers Property (SGX:TQ5) plans to redevelop its retail mall, Yishun 10, in Singapore into a new mixed-use development with about 110 residential units, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.
The project is targeted for launch in mid-2027 with completion in 2031.
Yishun 10 will continue to be managed by the property developer, with operations expected to cease on March 2, 2027.
