Frencken Group (SGX:E28) completed the placement of nearly 44.1 million new ordinary shares at SG$2.2687 apiece, according to a Thursday Singapore bourse filing.
The shares will be listed on the Singapore bourse and begin trading on Friday.
Following the issue, the company has nearly 473.6 million issued and paid-up ordinary shares.
