Aspen (Group) (SGX:1F3) completed the disposal of its entire 40% stake in joint venture company, Tanjing Bungah Development, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The property developer disposed of the stake through its subsidiary, Aspen Vision Tanjung, to Kerjaya Prospek Ventures after all applicable precedent conditions were fulfilled.
