Digilife Technologies AAC Business Restart Plan Delayed

MT Newswires09-02

Digilife Technologies (SGX:BAI) said the resumption of its unit's autoclaved aerated concrete manufacturing operations will be further delayed, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The building materials company requires additional six to eight months to secure necessary funding in order to restart operations at its subsidiary, Modi Hebel India.

The AAC facility is the company's only operating business.

The company is also in discussions with global building materials firm Xella Group and AAC production specialist HESS AAC Systems to explore funding options.
