Centurion Accommodation REIT (SGX:8C8U) secured a SG$15 million uncommitted and unsecured revolving credit facility, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Proceeds from the facility will be used to fund working capital and capital expenditure on its properties.
