Straco (SGX:S85) appointed Low Eng Teong, as chief operating officer, effective Sept. 1, according to a same-day Singapore Exchange filing.
Low will oversee the group's overall business operations.
He previously served as CEO of Singapore's National Arts Council from 2023 to 2026, after holding several senior roles at the council.
