HS Huasung (KRX:002460) secured the Bijwi Town Street-Housing Redevelopment Project from its housing redevelopment cooperative, Daeyo Construction, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The contract is valued at 129.6 billion won and will involve the construction of an apartment complex that has 18 stories above ground and seven stories underground, comprising 95 units and auxiliary/welfare facilities, it said.
Shares of HS Huasung rose over 1% in recent trading.
