IFE Elevators (SHE:002774) unit, Dongguan Kone Development Investment, will reduce its registered capital by 11 million yuan to optimize its capital structure and resource allocation.
Following the reduction, Kone Elevator will continue to hold a 100% stake in the unit, according to a Tuesday filing.
IFE's shares rose 3% in recent trade.
