Jiangsu Sidike New Materials Science & Technology's (SHE:300806) four officials completed the purchase of 806,880 shares for up to 35 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Director Yang Bi and CFO Wu Jiang bought shares worth about 12.5 million yuan each, while vice managers Wang Chao and Jiang Zhangjian purchased about 5 million yuan each.
Shares in the multifunctional coating composite materials maker rose 6% during afternoon trading on Wednesday.
