Shunfa Hengye (SHE:000631) said its chief financial officer, Wang Hongmin, has resigned, citing personal reasons, according to a Wednesday filing on the Shenzhen bourse.
In the interim, Sheng Shuhao, chairman and general manager, will act as chief financial officer and board secretary of the real estate developer.
