L&K Engineering Suzhou (SHA:603929) proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 1.65 yuan per share for the first half, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The dividend will be paid out on Sept. 15 to shareholders registered by Sept. 14.
The Chinese engineering services provider's shares rose 1% during the midday trade.
