Livzon Pharmaceutical (HKG:1513, SHE:000513) proposed a special interim dividend of 10.20 yuan per ten shares for the first half, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Tuesday.
The pharmaceutical company's Hong Kong and Shenzhen shares both rose 1% during Wednesday's afternoon trade.
The dividend will be distributed on Nov. 3 to shareholders of Hong Kong-listed shares on the record by Oct. 15 and shareholders of Shenzhen-listed shares on the record by Oct. 13.
